INFORMATION
ABOUT PASSES
Full Passes will
cost $55 online and through the mail. Full passes include admission
to all events on a space-available basis. Partial passes are available
for $30 and include admission to 7 events, up to 3 of these can be night-time
events at the Capitol theatre. This is a good option if you only plan
to be in town over the weekend.
Individual ticket
prices are $8 for evening shows, $5 for daytime shows and smaller-capacity
events. Some workshops and other events will be free to everyone (except
free girls-only events will be free only to girls!). We will limit the
number of passes sold to avoid sold out events, but we cannot reserve
spaces, particularly at smaller venues.
With a full pass,
one will be admitted to the following events on a FIRST COME FIRST
SERVE BASIS. Admission is NOT GUARANTEED, so if you want to make
sure to get in, you might want line up early for "bigger"
events.
All evening shows
at the Capitol Theatre main stage
All daytime shows at other venues in Olympia (all in walking distance
from theatre)
All (ladyfest sponsored) after-hours parties, including dance parties,
drag show, fashion show
All art shows and film/video screenings
All performance art, spoken word, and open mic events
All panel discussions, speeches, and workshops
** SOME WORKSHOPS WILL BE LADIES ONLY ** TRANS-LADIES WELCOME **
Gentlemen with passes will not be able to participate in those workshops,
but there will be other stuff going on at the same time for the lads.
In the event of
a band cancellation, refunds WILL NOT be issued. No individual band,
performer, artist, panelist, workshop, film is GUARANTEED. If the entire
festival is cancelled, obviously you will get a refund. If this happens,
we will post instructions on how to get it.
