Penelope Spheeris is the writer/director of legendary punk films: "The Decline of Western Civilzation" (all three installments!) and "Suburbia". At age 52, she completed the third installment of "Decline..." which again chronicled the L.A. punk scene. She has made many others films like "Dudes", "Waynes World" and more!
